On October 1, 2020 of the National Day & Mid-Autumn festival in China, the technicians from the ZEPT team were in urgent of the shipowner and insisted to cooperate with them to carry out the sea trial of EGCS for “MSC DARDANELLES”. The sea trial was the fourth ship for the series project of CSL, and as always with the witness of all parties, it just took one day to complete the sea trial and meet the design & rules requirement for delivery.

After the sea trial, the representative of owner, expressed his high appreciation for ZEPT-EGCS and his heartfelt thanks to the project manager Mr. Roy Chen together with other technical engineers. In the whole EGCS series retrofitting project, the team overcomes the narrow space and difficult to retrofit on the series vessel, to guide the shipyard to complete the construction task with safety, high efficiency and high quality, and constantly optimize the system to ensure the safe and stable operation of each system. It has left a deep impression, and gotten the high praise of the owner and the classification society.
